Moriah L. Hara, CSSLP, CISSP, CISM, PCI QSA

Moriah Hara is currently a CISO Board Advisor for Clearsky Fund-and Glilot Capital. Moriah has over 20 years in the cybersecurity space with the last 3 being a global CISO for the Interpublic Group (IPG), a Fortune 500 integrated marketing and data analytics holding company, based out of New York. Moriah is passionate about her role as a trusted adviser with global companies to implement business focused and innovative security solutions in order to maintain the company brand.

Previously, Moriah was the CISO of Wells Fargo Capital Markets –the investment banking division where she had security accountability for all aspects of a business generating approximately $4 billion per year. She built the global VISA Payment Card Industry Security Assessor program, engineered the global vulnerability management program at Credit Suisse Networks and co-created the Threat Management team at Bank of America. She has also spoken in front of global audiences on topics such as Data Leakage Prevention, Payment Security and Risks to Unstructured Data. She has a technical background which includes 'ethical hacking' for Fortune 10 companies, security assessments on biogenetic data warehouses and customized global security programs for industry leaders in the financial, payment and insurance sectors.

She holds an extensive set of security and technical certifications including CSSLP, CISSP, CISM, PCI QSA and MCSE and enjoys speaking at forums such as the FS-ISAC and FINRA.

She is a graduate of Harvard University's Executive Cyber Security Program and has over 19 years of cybersecurity industry experience.

In order to bring in more diversity to the cybersecurity industry, she is a sponsor of the ‘Year Up’ program and has been volunteering at her local daughter’s school as a Cybersecurity girl scout lead.
