Executive Roundtables

T.E.N. Executive Roundtables provide the perfect opportunity for a technology solution provider to have a structured peer information exchange while building relationships with key prospects and nurturing existing clients in an exclusive environment.  Led by a top IT or Information Security Executive Guest Host Moderator, interactive discussions occur in a relaxed atmosphere and closed-door business setting, so the technology solution provider can easily tailor a core message for hard-to-reach C-level executives and top IT and Information Security Industry leaders.   As the sole sponsor, this exclusive environment provides for more in-depth conversations than most face-to-face events can provide, allowing your field team to develop or deepen relationships with people who have self-identified as wanting to understand your products and solutions and how they can create business value within their organizations.

Expert Guest Host Moderators Are Industry Leaders

Having the right Guest Host Moderator is critical to the success of a roundtable. Our extensive relationship with key industry leaders enables us to recruit the right Guest Host Moderator on behalf of the sponsor.

Only T.E.N. can provide experienced Guest Host Moderators from a premier list of prominent industry leaders. As frequent speakers in T.E.N.’s executive program series circuit, these seasoned moderators are eager to participate in our roundtables and discuss challenges, solutions and best practices about current and relevant business issues.

T.E.N. recommends a short list of Guest Host Moderators to the sponsor for approval. Once selected, T.E.N. invites the Guest Host Moderator and secures the engagement.

Extraordinary and Lasting Relationships

T.E.N. creates a meaningful event that satisfies the sponsor’s marketing and sales ROI. Guests are given a unique opportunity to establish relationships with other key industry leaders and learn about the sponsor. In advance of the Executive Roundtable, the sponsor is given a brief profile of each executive guest for maximum preparation.

Arriving guests are greeted by our professional staff, Guest Host Moderators, and sponsor representatives. The sponsor’s corporate logo is prominently affixed on the 24” x 36” poster sign that displays the agenda.

The sponsor may have executive representatives give welcoming remarks and have up to five company representatives at the executive level attend the roundtable.

Each attendee is given a program brochure that includes the agenda and the sponsor’s corporate logo and company information. The sponsor has the option to provide collateral and executive gifts to the guests.
