Mr. John Christly is the Chief Information Security Officer and HIPAA Security Officer for Nova Southeastern University. He is also the Founder and CEO for OMC Systems, a Florida based Cybersecurity Advisory firm. His experience includes several industry regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, GLBA, FERPA, FCPA, FIPA, and PCI.

As a highly accomplished author, Mr. Christly’s articles have appeared in publications such as Security Magazine, Executive Insight Magazine, 24/7 Magazine, and the ISSA Journal. He is also a frequent speaker at regional and national healthcare and security events including a presentation at the 25th Annual ACFE Global Fraud Conference.
