Dr. Sameer Bhalotra is a cybersecurity entrepreneur in Silicon Valley.  Most recently he was an executive at Google, where he served after Google acquired his cybersecurity company, Impermium.  Dr. Bhalotra’s career in public service included senior roles at the White House, the Senate Intelligence Committee, and the Central Intelligence Agency.  He has an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and a doctorate from Stanford University; is a senior associate in the Technology and Public Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC; and an affiliate at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC).
